Information we collect

We collect the contact, reservation, dietary, accessibility and preference information you submit when requesting or managing a booking.

Why we use it

We use reservation information to respond to your request, provide hospitality services, communicate booking changes and maintain relevant guest history. We send marketing only where you have consented or another lawful permission applies.

How long we keep it

Reservation and guest records are normally retained for 24 months after the latest booking, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim or accounting obligation. Marketing suppression records may be retained to ensure we respect opt-outs.

Service providers

We use contracted hosting, database, security and email providers to operate this service. They process information under our instructions.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw marketing consent at any time. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect reservation messages.
